libhttp-dav-perl software package provides WebDAV client library for Perl, and dave CLI client, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhttp-dav-perl
libhttp-dav-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhttp-dav-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhttp-dav-perl *
You will get with libhttp-dav-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
